Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase and currently honor a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return for refund.
To start a return, send an email to support@11thhourhome.com with the following:
- Original order number
- the reason for the return
- the condition of the return (UNUSED for items in unused in original packaging, USED for items that have been opened/not in original packaging)
Items that have been opened/used/washed: these will be returned as part of our recycling program. Learn more about that program here. You must still send an email to support@11thhourhome.com to request a return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be processed as part of our recycling program and will not be eligible for a refund nor will we be able to return these items to you.
Once your return is processed, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and pick/pack issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any items purchased at a discount of 40% or greater will not be eligible for a return. Any deadstock or limited edition items will not be eligible for a return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have processed your return. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
